Since I’ve had it, four of the tabs holding a bar that the springs connect to have ripped off. However, I unfolded the rebounder to check it out anyway.
what is the weight limit for a person using the rebounder? It's 300 lb capacity.... I'm wondering if the urban rebounder springs are attached straight or in a V-shape? Thanks! If I understand your question...the springs are in a V-shaped pattern. Each pair of springs is forms a V-shape being wider at the edge of the rebounder and the v-'point' being on towards the center. Does the stabilizer bar fold up? Yes, it comes apart, you need to remove it to fold the rebounder, but it snaps into place easily. If not, try a bit of graphite powder. Does this include the warranty? I do not recall the warranty details, but I did receive a damaged product the first time delivered. I contacted this company and they sent a pick-up return label, and shipped a new replacement which has been working fine ever since. I would think that if you have to return anything, it ought to be done within 30 days. Working this through Amazon always makes it easier to take recourse within a reasonable amount of time, as was in my case. After 30 days, it's yours to keep if you do not get on the return reguest in reasonable time of receiving the product. No complaints with this rebounder/mini-trampoline.
