Ended up just buying same size regular pie pans, and each of those would rust through after a year or 2. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because for $109 in 2011 ($125+ inflation adjusted) feel it should be a little longer lasting. Leave it on for a day before cooking. It's a smoker. It's going to get black inside and there's nothing you can do about that. Trust me, you need to do this step if you're cooking something fatty.Brine your pork/chicken first.
